1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by EKS Home Servis s.r.o. ("EKS," "we," "us," or "our"), a Czech limited liability company registered under IČO: 278 92 522, with registered office at Peroutkova 570/83, Praha 5, 158 00, Czech Republic.

By booking our services, using our website (ekshomeservis.com), or engaging with us through any communication channel, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Regular and general cleaning for homes and offices

Garden maintenance

Specialized deep cleaning

2.2 Service Areas

Our services are primarily available in Prague and surrounding areas within the Czech Republic.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Methods

3.2 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us via email or SMS.

3.3 Minimum Service Requirements

Minimum service duration: 2 hours

Minimum advance booking: 24 hours

Emergency services may be available with additional charges

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include applicable VAT

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance

Final pricing may vary based on actual service requirements

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Bank transfer

Cash payment

Credit/debit cards

Online payment through our secure payment gateway

4.3 Payment Terms

For regular services: Payment due within 14 days of invoice

For one-time services: Payment due upon completion

Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellations made 48+ hours before service: No charge

Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 100% cancellation fee

5.2 Rescheduling

Free rescheduling if requested 24+ hours before service

Subject to availability

5.3 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Force majeure events

Staff illness or emergencies

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Access and Preparation

You agree to:

Provide safe and timely access to service locations

Ensure pets are secured during service

Remove or secure valuable items

Inform us of any hazards or special requirements

6.2 Supplies and Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed:

We provide all standard cleaning supplies and equipment

Special products requested by clients may incur additional charges

7. Quality Assurance and Complaints

7.1 Service Standards

We maintain high professional standards and use eco-friendly products where possible.

7.2 Complaints Procedure

Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion

We will investigate and respond within 48 hours

Re-cleaning will be provided at no charge for valid complaints

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive business liability insurance for all our services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear

We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us

8.3 Damage Claims

Must be reported within 24 hours

Photo evidence may be required

Claims subject to insurance terms and investigation

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

Access codes and keys

Personal information observed during service

Business information for commercial clients

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. By using our services, you consent to data processing through our CRM system (GoHighLevel) managed by our technology partner GoSmartUp.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Initial resolution through direct negotiation

Mediation if direct negotiation fails

Czech courts have exclusive jurisdiction for unresolved disputes
